The construction is set to begin in December 2023 and conclude by June 2025 on a land plot spanning 2000 square meters. A total of 36 apartments of various layouts and sizes will be offered. These include 18 one-bedroom apartments ranging from 45.5 to 59 square meters, 2 2+1 duplexes with gardens, 5 2+1 duplexes with gardens and pools ranging from 86 to 111 square meters, and 9 2+1 duplexes spanning from 94.2 to 147 square meters.

The social infrastructure within the complex promises to be diverse and convenient for residents. Among the open areas, there will be an outdoor pool, barbecue area, 24/7 complex security, parking, a green relaxation area, and a pergola.

Closed social areas will also ensure complete comfort for residents. Planned facilities include a fitness salon, waiting area, children's playroom, lobby, jacuzzi, hammam, and a cinema room.

Each apartment will boast unique features: granite floors sized 60x120, lacquered kitchen furniture, a kitchen made of black granite Star Galaxy, bathroom fixtures from Hilton, double-glazed windows, tempered glass shower cabins, lacquered internal doors, and steel entrance doors with peepholes.
